| Overview of Benovas Medical Equipment Factory – Phase 1. |
In the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment sector, Cửu Long Pharmaceutical JSC (DCL) reported revenue of over VND 1,333 billion in 2024. In the area of hard gelatin capsules, DCL’s factory currently operates 20 production lines with a maximum capacity of 8.5 billion capsules per year, including 8 modern lines invested in the 2021-2023 period. In 2024, DCL continued to operate the Capsule 5 line, increasing the total production to 11.6 billion capsules per year, equivalent to nearly 1 billion capsules per month.
In the medical equipment sector, the Benovas Medical Equipment Factory in Vĩnh Long has commenced operations on a 10,846.6 m² area with a total investment of USD 26 million. In Phase 1, the factory received an investment of USD 16 million, with a production capacity of 21.5 million products per month, equivalent to 258 million products annually. Phase 2, which is expected to be completed by June 2026 with an additional investment of USD 10 million, will focus on developing advanced production technologies and high-tech products.

In the pharmaceutical sector, the pharmaceutical factory covers an area of 4,797 m² with a production capacity of 1.2 billion units per year, consisting of three plants: the Non-Betalactam plant (producing pain relievers, antihistamines, etc.), the Cephalosporin plant (producing new-generation antibiotics), and the Cream-Syrup production plant (liquid, suspension, and cream-based medicines). In the near future, DCL will begin construction of a new EU-GMP certified plant with an investment of VND 1,396 billion, increasing its capacity to 1.6 billion products per year.
In the beverage business, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company has celebrated its 35th year of development. Located in a 35-hectare nature reserve, the precious natural alkaline water from Đảnh Thạnh is directly channeled into the factory, preserving its purity and adhering to strict production processes in compliance with the 6-1:2010/BYT standard and Codex 108. The company’s products are available nationwide and are exported internationally, with over 1,000 distribution partners, including 173 supermarkets, 3,600 convenience stores, 50 luxury resorts, over 60 four- and five-star hotels, and reputable e-commerce platforms. The company aims to supply 1 million bottles of water per day.
In the field of cosmetics, FIT Cosmetics and Today Cosmetics assert their position with eco-friendly biological products, produced on a 4,946 m² area with 4 modern production lines from Europe and Korea. By applying 100% European multi-enzyme technology, these products not only promote the green consumption trend but also ensure the safety and health of the whole family.
In the Agriculture – Food sector, Westfood, a subsidiary of 188bet, takes advantage of its strategic location in the largest fruit-growing region of the Mekong Delta. Coupled with advanced facilities and modern technology, Westfood’s products are highly favored in demanding markets such as Japan, China, and Europe. Notably, the Westfood Hau Giang factory, with an investment of 666 billion VND, is expected to begin operations in Q2 2025, boosting its production capacity to 30,000 tons per year, positioning Westfood among the top 5 vegetable and fruit exporters in Vietnam.
