On February 18th, 2023, 188bet held the F.I.T Champion Award Ceremony for Quarter IV and the whole year 2022 for nearly 40 Business Champion Winners at member companies. Summing up the whole year 2022, 188bet has awarded up to VND 10 billion to outstanding individuals and collectives.
Overcoming a year of many challenges, sales warriors of the Sales Division have made efforts to “fight” to bring many proud achievements to the whole Group. F.I.T Champion, an annual award to honor the best individuals and collectives by quarter and year, has been organized by the Group on a large scale to encourage the spirit of competition within the Group and contribute to promoting member companies to achieve their strategic goals soon.
The F.I.T Champion Award Ceremony of Quarter IV and the whole year 2022 was raised to a new level when it is expanded to gather all sales staff nationwide at bridgeheads, including Singapore, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Khanh Hoa, Da Nang, Vinh Long … Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of 188bet, expressed his joy that the warriors of the Sales Division of member companies have made their best efforts and promoted their desire to win to fulfill the set targets. The sales warriors are not only inspirational examples for all employees throughout the Group but also the bridges to bring F.I.T’s products and services to the community to contribute to the goal of “Improving the quality of life”.

Since its announcement, F.I.T Champion has really created an attractive playground to encourage sales officers and employees to push their limits. It is known that a salesperson who participates in the F.I.T Champion program and wins a quarterly prize can achieve an income of up to 60 million VND/month. For quarter or year champions, the prizes are many times more valuable. This is the attraction of the F.I.T Champion program to promote the desire to win of all employees and create a growth engine for the Group’s increasingly breakthrough industries.

According to the recently published financial statements, 188bet’s net revenue for the whole year 2022 was recorded at VND 1,917 billion, an increase of VND 697 billion over the same period. Compared with the target approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, this result shows a remarkable growth in revenue when exceeding 40% of the set plan, 1.57 times higher than last year. Gross profit was also recorded at VND 459 billion, up 50% compared to 2021. Total assets increased from VND 5,984 billion in 2021 to VND 6,905 billion in 2022, up VND 921 billion. With the solidarity and determination of the Board of Directors and all employees, 188bet will increasingly transform itself to reach a new height in the coming time.
